Health is defined as the state of well-being with no physical and mental disease.

Health is particularly very important for the human body as it the state in which a person feels well or remains well. Healthy person can be useful for mankind and for the country.

Types of health.

Health could be of many types. Main types of health are physical and mental health, other types could be social, spiritual and intellectual.

Many people are affected by different diseases because of different factors such as improper hygiene and improper care. In this article we will discuss about health and how to maintain it and what are the benefits of achieving good health.

Basically, a good health may or may not be described from the person’s looks. Even if the person looks healthy there could be possibility of any stress related or any other disease. Because of the random problems all around us like financial or emotional issues.We will discuss how to maintain good health.

First of all let’s take a look at physical and mental health and healthcare.

Physical

Physical health means state in which a person is physically fit and not affected by any type of disease. Healthy person have good nutrition, proper hygiene and can do all of the work efforts on its own.

It could be achieved through good nutrition, daily exercise and taking rest properly and other factors such as quitting smoking, drugs and alcohol.

Why physical health is important?

Physical health is very important as it helps to improve brain health, manage stress, it helps to strong your muscles and bones and thus helps to improve your daily life activities.

Mental health.

Mental health could be defined simply as state of having good brain health and it includes emotional, psychological and social factors. And mental health is just as important as physical health we all should know about it.

Mental health is very important as it refers to person with cognitive, behavioral, emotional and stress factors. It can affect you whole body as it belongs to your brain, so if brain is damaged or not healthy because of any of the disease it can affect to your body.

Mental health is very important as any of the mental illness can cayse many damages to life or lifestyle.

1. Any past trauma or any type of accident.

2. Any ongoing illness such as cancer or any other fatal disease.

NUTRITION.

Nutrition and healthy food is very helpful in maintenance of a good health. Specially physical health could easily maintained with healthy food and nutrition. With a good nutrition many types of diseases could be cured.

There could be these some points to maintain good nutrition.

 Eat a variety of healthy food.

 Eat moderate portions

 Do not skip meals.

 Do not eliminate certain foods

 Drink water

Exercise and mental health

These both terms can relate with each other as described earlier stress could be avoided by exercise and walk. And there could be many benefits of exercise on mental health which can never be avoided.

Social health.

It can also be very important in order to get good health especially mental health because interacting with people and places can help to bring better thoughts.
