Mental health is a state of well-being of a person’s cognitive, emotional and behavioral health and changes . And behavioral health is very important as it can indicate any problem.
If a person is mentally unstable he/she cannot do daily life works properly in severe cases.
Mental health directly relates to person’s daily life management and stress related factors. Like how a person fights with all the daily life problems or any other problem or trauma in life.

These mental illness can occur if a person’s mental health is disturbed.
Mental illness problems could be severe or not.
Such as anxiety, stress and depression and other diseases like personality dissociative disorder.
